Our Truffle infused Duck Liver Pâté is particularly appreciated for its gastronomic qualities such as its strong but smooth flavour and its extremely palatable flesh. Its texture is a smooth as it is delightedly all thanks to the generous quantity of Foie Gras and Périgord Truffle that we add. Because of it being made of 50% Duck Foie Gras as well as the added Truffle undertones, it really gives it that added smooth texture. We add a generous amount of Truffle juice which pairs perfectly with the Cognac which is also present in this delicious recipe. We take great care in choosing our ingredients, and all of our products are created using the traditional Périgord recipes, which are free from added extras and colorants. We take great care in choosing our duck foies gras from the farms of the South west of France. These ducks are fed and raised following strict and precise criteria such as their virant yellow tint, their size an their suppleness.

This Duck Liver Pâté comes in a 130g jar and allows for between 2-3 servings. You can serve it during an intimate meal where you can appreciate the delicious Truffle and Foie Gras undertones.
This product can be kept for 4 years in an ambiant temperature. Apres opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume quickly.
In order to enhance the delicious taste of this product and enjoy it during a starter course, You can accompany it with a "Brut" Champagne, such as Marie Stuart; the fine and excitable bubbles will highlight the delicious flavours of this fantastic product. We could also advise accompanying it with a fine fruity Bergerac rosé wine, such as the Mirabelle de la Jaubertie, which is characterised by its rich and fine undertones.
