Our duck liver crème brûlée is a true success story. Flavorsome, delicate, this little jar is perfect for a starter with the full bodied taste of duck Foie Gras.

It comes in individual jars of 50g, the texture of the crème brûlée is fondant like and subtly perfumed with truffle juice. It is the perfect starter for a little candle light dinner with friends and it will surprise your guests with its uniqueness.

The Foies gras used for this original recipe are specially chosen from the farms of South-West France for their beautiful color, their suppleness, their size all of which are indicators of quality.

As with all our products, we cook our duck liver Crème Brûlée with simple but well chosen products, in an artisan style cooking method without any coloring or preservatives.

Our Duck Foie Gras Crème Brûlée comes in little and original jars of 50g, which are practical as little individual starters.

You can simply remove the covering and place your Foie Gras Crème Brulée under a preheated grill for around 5/6 minutes or directly under blowtorch. We then recommend you serve this dessert immediately.

This product can be preserved at room temperature for 4 years after its fabrication date. After opening: refrigerate and consume quickly.

We recommend that you accompany this Foie Gras starter with a quality and special wine, for example the vintage Marie Stuart Champagne Brut, chosen by us, or a white wine such as the Montravel, full of aromas like the vintage Magie d'Automne from the Château Moulin Caresse.
