It's always difficult to choose between Duck Foie Gras, stars of our Périgold flavors and a goose foie gras, the favorite of fans of delicacy and smoothness. Therefore we thought we would offer you this perfect duo.
Our half-baked duck foie gras was the winner of the 2018 Agricultural awards thanks to its smooth texture, strong aroma and duck complex, an undeniable success.
Our goose foie gras, itself, in the process of becoming a favorite of gastronomy fans. Its natural yet subtle perfume and melt in the mouth texture are a delight to the most stringent of palettes who search for a fois gras a little more elegant. Your discovery and enjoyment is our aim. These two foie gras are half-baked.
They are baked at the lowest possible temperature, which preserves all their artisan flavor and smoothness, without added colors or preservatives. Just a pinch of salt and pepper and respect for these exceptional products of excellent products is all that is needed. The goose foie gras has the 'Goose of Périgord' label and the duck fois gras has the 'Duck foie gras of the South West of France label'.
These foies gras have been choose for their beautiful yellow colour, their suppleness and their size.

This duo assortment of one 120g half baked duck foie gras and one 120g half-baked goose fois gras allows for between 4 and 6 servings. Our half baked Foie Gras must be kept in the refrigerator (+2°C/+3°C), and the use by date shown on the jar must be respected (maximum of 6 months).
After opening : keep in the refrigerator and consume quickly.
We recommend getting the foie gras out of the fridge 15 minutes before consummation so that its at the perfect temperature.
In order to enhance the delicious taste of the Foie gras, we advise accompanying it with a fine fruity white wine, such as Montravel "Cuvée Magie d'Automme" from the Château Moulin Caresse or even with a "Brut" Champagne, such as Oudea (we select). Its fine and excitable bubbles will highlight the delicious flavours of our original duo.
