Our Foie Gras with truffle is a little delicacy of luxary: with a harmonious and continuous texture, an indisputably strong taste thank to the duck liver and the unique perfume of truffles.
In order to preserve the quality of the taste, we cook our Foies Gras, regardless of their types, following our traditional Périgord duck recipe.
Salt and pepper sprinkled here and there over the beautiful piece of Périgord Foie Gras and truffles that together have a perfume without comparison.
The duck Foies Gras that are chosen for this product all have the label "Origine Canards à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest" (Duck Foie Gras of the South West of France).
They are chosen from the farms of the South West of France for their color, their texture and the suppleness.

This 65g box is perfect for those who want to try this product, also its perfect for making delicious sandwiches.
It lasts 4 years after its fabrication date at room temperature.
We suggest that you place your jar in the fridge several hours before serving, and then take it out a quarter of an hour before serving so that it is the perfect temperature allowing you to fully enjoy this Foie Gras specialty.
After opening, refrigerate and consume quickly.
You could try this specialty with a subtly fruity wine such as a Côtes de Montravel moelleux for example the vintage Château Moulin Caresse, that is a fine as it is fruity. Or you could serve this truffled Foie Gras with a Sauternes with its sunny and sweet aromas.
