Our half-baked duck Foie Gras has been awarded, several times, the General Agricultural Awards, thanks to its complex marriage between the soft melt in the mouth texture and their authentic duck taste.
It is carefully cooked at a low temperature that allows it to keep it unique flavour and powerful duck aroma.
We cook our livers in a natural way, without adding coloring or preservatives but just adding a simple seasoning, salt and pepper. These duck Foie Gras that we have chosen come from the farms of the South West France. These ducks are raised and fed according the traditional and vigorous methods.
The classic caviar of the ‘Mais Perle Noire’ is a caviar from Périgord and our local territory, it is full bodied and full of character. It rolls across your taste buds, melting in the mouth.
This due is a marriage of exceptional and authentic flavors.
