Our block of Duck Foie Gras is the star of our range. It is in fact the our bestseller and for a good reason.
this foie gras has many strong qualities: une a delightful smooth creamy texture, thanks to a blend of quality foie gras, without any apparent fats. The duck foie gras, stronger to the mouth to a goose foie gras, gives all of its strong pronounced character. Finally its price is the most affordable of of our range.
We produce all our foie gras with respect to Périgord recipes: salt, pepper and above all respect to the product. They are guaranteed to be free of artificial colours and preservatives.
The duck foie gras that has been chosen for this recipe all bear the label “Canard à foie Gras du sud-ouest” (South-western Duck Foie Gras). They have been carefully selected for their color, texture and their softness.

The 130g canned block of Duck Foie Gras is ideal for a little tasting, particularly spread on sliced baguette or French sourdough. Thanks to this special offer, you can choose between 20 and 30 units for this batch of 10 cans.
The can has the benefit of having evenly sized slices. The blocks of Foie Gras can be kept for 4 years after the date of production when left at room temperature.
This promotion will therefore allow you to make the best of our product over a long period of time. Or to organize an exceptional meal for a party or dinner event.
We advise that the can is left in a refrigerator for some hours then removing it 15 minutes before tasting, so that your foie gras is at the ideal temperature so that all of the aromas can be best appreciated. After opening: keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
Unlike Goose Foie Gras, known for its fineness, Duck Foie Gras is stronger. This means that wine pairings are also different. Your block of Duck Foie Gras can be accompanied with sweet fruity wines such as a Sauternes or a Monbazillac or even a red wine such as a Pécharmant or Cahors.
