The duck foie gras marble and half baked duck confit is a perfect balance between the rustic and full-bodied taste of duck confit and the smoothness of Foie Gras.
It is baked at a low temperature preserving its delicacy and marriage of flavors.
We choose our duck livers according to the origin which must be from the South West France.
These livers come from farms that respect the precise rules concerning raising and feeding these ducks.
In order to respect the quality of the products and their flavors, we use an artisan baking method without adding coloring or flavors.
The half-baked Foie Gras is cooked a a low temperature. This allows the preservation of their aromas and smoothness.
It is the perfect gourmet experience for the most refined Foie Gras fans.

The marbled duck liver and half backed duck Foie Gras is only available in 120g jars.
Therefore we have decided to offer it in a lot of two jars at a very affordable price that will provide you with around 4/6 serving of pleasure!
Our half-baked Foies Gras must be kept in the fridge (+2°C/+3°C) and must be consumed with six months or before the date displayed on the box.
After opening: keep in the fridge and consume quickly.

To accompany the powerful duck perfume of this product we recommend either a full-bodied red wine such as the Chevalier Saint Sauveur or if you want some truly special a glass of vintage Marie Stuart champagne that is available on our website.
You can serve this product as an aperitif or as a starter like a spread on bread for example to surprise you friends.
