Our block of half-backed duck foie gras is a speciality.

It is produced like a standard constructed duck foie gras block but it is baked at a lower temperature.

This is a perfect marriage of a fondant like texture, typically of half-baked duck foie gras and an authentic and powerful taste of duck Foie Gras.

Baked at a low temperature allowing the preservation of all its incomparable flavor of duck foie gras.

We bake our foies gras naturally, without adding coloring or flavoring, just a pinch of salt and pepper.

We take great care in choosing our duck livers from the farms of South West france.

These ducks have been raised and fed according to very precise rules. This is why we can use the label "Canard du Sud Ouest" for our duck Foies Gras.

We recommend this lot of 2 half-baked Duck Foie Gras, that we are offering at a very reasonable price, placed in jars of 120g, as an aperitif with family and friends (there are around 4/6 servings).

Our half-baked livers must be kept in the fridge (between +2°C/+3°C), and must be consumed within six months and before the date displayed on the box.

After opening: keep in the fridge and consume quickly.

To accompany and compliment the flavors of this Duck Foie Gras, we recommend a delicate, slow and smooth wine such as the Côtes de Montrave

 Or the Château Moulin Caresse, or even a drier and fruiter white wine such as the vintage Magie d'Automne from the Château Moulin Caresse also from the Purple Périgord near Bergerac.
