Our half-baked duck Foie Gras won the bronze medal of the general agricultre awards in 2015, thanks to its perfect marriage of a soft texture and authentic duck foie gras taste.

According to the most stringent of palettes, the half-baked duck foie gras is the ideal type of foie gras.

Baked at a lower temperature to preserve its incomparable flavor and powerful aroma of duck foie gras.

We bake our foie gras naturally without adding coloring or flavoring with a simple seasoning of salt and pepper.

We take great care in selecting our duck livers from the farms of South West France. These ducks are raised and fed according to very precise rules.

Available in jars of 120g, this product is about 2 or 3 servings. This block of half-baked duck Foie Gras is also available in jars of 180g (4/5 servings), 600g (6/7 servings) and 400g (8/10 servings).

 

Our half-baked livers must be kept in the fridge (between +2°C/+3°C), and must be consumed within six months and before the date displayed on the box.

To accompany this half-baked duck Foie Gras and compliment its beautiful flavors, we recommend a Sauternes wine, known for the richness of its aromas, or a full bodied and smooth condiment such as our Grolière Onion Confit or a glass of vintage Marie Stuart champagne that we have chosen for its quality.
